# Launch ChatGPT Ads with Lemrock

> Create your OpenAI advertiser account and give Lemrock access to run your ChatGPT Ads campaigns.

Lemrock runs your ChatGPT Ads campaigns from an OpenAI advertiser account in your company's name.

**Create the account → invite Lemrock as Admin → Lemrock sets up the account, syncs your catalog and launches the campaigns.**

If your company already has an OpenAI advertiser account, see [If you already have an advertiser account](#if-you-already-have-an-advertiser-account) first.

## 1. Create your advertiser account

1. Go to [ads.openai.com](https://ads.openai.com), click **Start now**, and sign in with your OpenAI account, or create one.
2. When asked for your website URL, choose to **skip** and go straight to Ads Manager. Lemrock builds the campaigns.
3. Enter your company's details: legal name, website, country or region, currency and time zone.

When Ads Manager asks you to finish account setup (billing and logo), click **Complete later**. Lemrock does both.

## 2. Invite Lemrock as Admin

1. In Ads Manager, go to **Settings → Users → Invite**.
2. Enter the email address your Lemrock contact gave you.
3. Change **Role** to **Admin**. It's set to Member by default, which isn't enough to set up billing.
4. Tell your Lemrock contact the invite is sent.

If your company requires single sign-on (SSO) for OpenAI Ads, make sure your Lemrock contact can still sign in with their own email.

## 3. Lemrock finishes the account setup

**Don't add your own payment method** to this account. Lemrock adds its own, and uploads your logo, which appears next to your ads.

Campaigns can't run until billing and the logo are set up.

## 4. Lemrock syncs your catalog

Lemrock connects to your [product feed](/en/catalog/feeds) and syncs it with your OpenAI account. You don't send anything to OpenAI: just keep your feed up to date.

## 5. Lemrock launches your campaigns

Lemrock creates and manages the campaigns, ad groups, ads and budgets. Your Lemrock contact tells you if they need anything else before launch.

## If you already have an advertiser account

**You haven't set up billing on it:** use it. Skip to [step 2](#2-invite-lemrock-as-admin).

**You already run your own campaigns on it with your own card:** keep it as is and create a second advertiser account for Lemrock:

1. In Ads Manager, click your account name at the bottom left.
2. Click your account name again, then **Create account**.
3. Follow [step 1](#1-create-your-advertiser-account) for the new account, then [step 2](#2-invite-lemrock-as-admin).

Your campaigns bought directly from OpenAI stay on your existing account and your card. Your campaigns bought through Lemrock run on the new account.

If **Create account** is missing, tell your Lemrock contact and we'll find the next step with you.
